Just Doin' Her Duty: How Michelle Could Save Chrysler

Forbes mag writer Jerry Flint has a novel idea for Michelle to help her husband save Chrysler. He suggests combining forces at the West Wing and East Wing, with Michelle driving a jeep.

Put the Secret Service in the back, and she wil amp up her status as an American action hero.

The biggest fear about a Chrysler bankruptcy is that Americans will be afraid to buy cars from a company in Chapter 11. Flint writes that Michelle can give us confidence in Chrysler, if only she would get a Wrangler to drive around Camp David.

As long as Michelle pays for her Jeep and doesn't go crazy on a custom leather interior, and she buys a photogenic color that will look good with Sasha, Malia and Bo (no word about POTUS), "they'll build a statue of you in Toledo" says Flint.

Not bad business logic from a guy, I must say. A
