Inhabitat's recent feature on Green Fashion introduces the subject of Smart Environmental Design in Michelle Obama's closet.

Reading the web copy about Lara Miller's hand-loomed, bamboo, buttery-soft jersey dresses, it appeals to the essence of Michelle Obama's womanly, priority list: stimulated by a vast architectural landscape, a woman’s need for function, and an aspiration of sustainability, each piece is an exercise in versatility. Grounded in geometry and then animated by the human form, the line can be twisted, wrapped, and most distinguishably flipped upside down to reveal a whole new garment.
