If Cindy McCain is disliked, it's because she's too icy, too breakable, too fake. Obama offers the controversial 'fist bump' as a greeting; McCain has to wear a wrist brace because of a handshaking injury.
The two candidates' wives couldn't be more different and the contrast between them has provided yet another media-friendly dimension to a presidential race that hardly needed added zest. more
